Comments: I knit these socks for my sister for Christmas. I did most of the work while I was visiting my dad in Orlando, FL. This yarn is fantastic - 98% cotton and 2% elastic, so it's soft but has nice stretch. This picture is hard to see because it is black. It's a "lacy" pattern.

Comments: I had cashmere left from the Scarf I knit in April, so I decided to get another smaller skein and make matching gloves. I included a beaded pattern from the Norwegian book, Pearls on the Pulse. I used the basic schematic in the book Knitting Techniques from Threads Magazine and measured my hand and did the calculations. I used size 8 beads.
