Robert's Thoughts: "I was telling him (Daunte Culpepper) earlier that he looked really good, and he told me that he felt better than he thought he would. He looked fantastic making big plays and making smart plays. That's the most important thing a quarterback can do in the playoffs. It's not always about getting the ball downfield for 40-yard touchdowns."
"It looked like a walk in the park for him(Daunte Culpepper). He was so poised. But then again, he's been that way all year. So nothing he does surprises me any more. He's just special."
"Sherm (offensive coordinator Sherman Lewis) has confidence in this group to run the ball no matter what the situation. That is one of the best front fours we've faced all year and probably better than the ones we'll face throughout the playoffs. But Sherm stayed patient and it really didn't surprise me. He knows that our offensive line is full of big strong guys who can wear down a defense."

"I've played in two NFC championships games and lost. I probably won't forget about this the rest of my life."

But you get down quickly like that on the road. ... You can't take anything away from the Giants. They obviously played a great game offensively and defensively."
